I recently stayed at Moresby Hall for my partner's birthday weekend. The hall is a beautiful building with lots of character. Our room was super nice and spacious, with an amazing bathroom. The service was excellent, from the friendly staff to the delicious breakfast. The hosts, Jane and David, were considerate and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was the best value for money stay we've ever had. We will definitely be coming back.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to the beach area and the local town. Additionally, the staff were pleasant and friendly, making us feel welcome during our stay.
There were a few negatives about our experience. The rooms were quite cold, as the hotel is an old building.

The value for money at Hall Guest House was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was convenient, with nearby access to lakes and attractions, and the staff treated us like we were the only guests, providing exceptional service.
The breakfast selection could be improved by ensuring that the black pudding and sausage are cooked thoroughly, as we found them to be undercooked.

The power shower in the room was amazing, really helped me relax after a long day. the breakfast options were plentiful and the cooked food was delicious.
No nearby restaurants, had to go out every night to find a place to eat. the duvet on the bed was way too heavy for summer, made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Located in a picturesque area near the coastline, this traditional property offers a truly unique and romantic experience. the owners were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with a roaring open fire in the entrance hall. the history of the building added an interesting touch to our stay.
Although the rooms were spacious and comfortable, they were quite cold due to the age of the building. the breakfast hours and check-out time were earlier than we would have liked, especially for a weekend stay.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Convenient location for exploring the area. Plenty of parking available.
No curtains in the bathroom window, only a thin net. Exterior of the building needs updating with a fresh coat of paint.

Some of the windows in the old manor were damaged, which took away from the overall appearance of the building.
